2012 Customer Rewards Program - Complimentary Loyalty Program
Our loyalty rewards club is complimentary and continues as a special way of saying thank you for trusting us with your vehicles.
Every visit to Beckwith's Car Care will add points to your account. You get 10 points for every dollar you spend, as well as bonus points for completing surveys and other special occasions throughout the year.
You can redeem points for a wide variety of gifts including restaurant gift cards, Starbucks gift cards and many other items.
We have made a few changes to the program this year.
#1. You will receive rewards points every time you bring your vehicle in. Even if you are redeeming points for a complimentary oil change and your total invoice is $0. You will still receive 100 bonus points!
#2. Our on-line access program is in the process of being changed. The website on your card will not work, it was too expensive to maintain on-line with the company that was handling the program for us. Your points balance is available via email or telephone. If you email us it could take four business hours to email you back, so just give us a ring if you are wanting to know right away.
#3. We are expanding our gift card offerings to include VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS - so that you can use them to shop anywhere - even with us!
